Welcome to your Galveston getaway! This professionally designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just a short walk to the beach and perfect for families or groups up to 15. Enjoy cozy indoor spaces and a charming outdoor area complete with a fire pit and comfy furniture. Whether you’re relaxing after a day in the sun or exploring the island, you’ll feel right at home. Unwind, make memories, and soak up the best of Galveston from this inviting coastal retreat. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas ● Beach Access: Short walk to the beaches at the Seawall ● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a 25 Dollars fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: 2 spots in front of the home (fits sedan size cars), 2 spots accessible behind the home in the alley way. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home.
