We have been established as an LLC since 2022. The Inn is Gay-owned and operated, one hour outside New York City, offering many all-season amenities. One of the owners is a retired chef from Manhattan, and all baked items on the breakfast menu are home-baked.

Gay owned and operated; LGBTQ+ friendly. The property is situated on the South Shore of Suffolk County, Long Island. This Historic Society House, is conveniently located a very short distance from the Long Island Railroad, Sayville Station and a brisk walk to The Ferries to Fire Island (to The Pines and Cherry Grove). The location of the Inn offers convenient accessibility to Manhattan Penn Station, and JFK International Airport/Air Trains. Please check our Policies page. Sayville, New York is a charming hamlet in the greater township of Islip, situated on the South Shore of Long Island. We are an hour's drive to the elegant Long Island Hamptons and to Port Jefferson. In addition to shopping on Main Street, you will find golf at a number of nearby courses, a small beach and park by the Bay, and the Loughlin Vineyard tucked away on the Roosevelt Estate, and the ferries to Fire Island.
