Since then, we’ve built a vast inventory of unique rental homes in Texas and have a dedicated team to deliver an incredible experience in a beautiful property. So now it’s up to you. Unwind at Sugar Sands! This 3-bedroom Crystal Beach getaway offers a large yard for lawn games & family fun. Just a 2-minute drive to the beach, your coastal escape awaits. Back at home, you can relax on the patio, grill on the BBQ, or explore nearby shops & restaurants. Sugar Sands provides a laid-back environment for creating lasting memories. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Crystal Beach, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a two minute drive from the sandy shores of the Gulf. Cars are permitted to park on the beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a 25 Dollars fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

Crystal Beach is a family-friendly beach community on Bolivar Peninsula with activities and events suitable for all ages. Just a 20 minute ferry ride from Galveston, families will enjoy exploring local shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach! The big perk of Crystal Beach is the ability to drive right on and park your car. No lugging beach gear and coolers from parking lots or down stairs. Come relax and enjoy some laid-back living!
