This one bedroom condo sits on the 3rd floor, surrounds by shopping, near freeway, near medical center, near the Galleria, about an our to Galveston Beach, and lots of other attractions.
Nice, friendly couple who communicate well.
This is condo complex is gated and on the 3rd floor. It's not in a resort area. It's a working class type of condo or stay. Most rented this unit, stay to work at the Medical center on a contract basis, or for other profession on a contract basis for a year or six months. Some come to visit family in the area.
