Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! • 50-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattress • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Coffee pot with complimentary coffee/tea • Free Parking Pass • The free parking lot is about 3 blocks away *1 bedroom (sleeps up to 6 people): • Masters bedroom with a queen-sized bed (Note: open to the rest of the condo in the typical "loft" style • 1 sofa bed and a memory foam floor mattress in the living area. *1 bathroom

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football.
