Cozy Nest is situated in the heart of Brian Head, a charming mountain village that offers a range of recreational activities and where people and nature coexist harmoniously. It is located in the mountains of Southern Utah and is just a short 3-hour drive from Las Vegas and 4 hours from downtown Salt Lake City. Brian Head Town is known as the "Highest Resort Town" in America, with a base elevation of 9,800 feet and a peak elevation of 11,300 feet. Brian Head offers a variety of activities suitable for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. After a full day of adventure, you can enjoy a fulfilling dinner using the fully equipped kitchen or visit the nearby restaurants, which are all within walking distance. When it’s time to wind down, enjoy a glass of wine on your private mountain-view balcony or cozy up to the fireplace.
We discovered that the mountains and mysteries of Southern Utah are nothing short of magical. As you drive in, you can literally feel the stress melt away—it's an experience unlike any other. We've (Father and daughter)always felt a deep pull toward the mountains and the stillness of the forest, and it's here, in these quiet places, that true peace can be found. As night falls, a blanket of stars unfolds above you, adding to the sense of wonder. There's something about this place that has called us, though we don’t yet fully understand why. We're confident that the reason will reveal itself in time. We wanted to share this journey with our guests, hoping you can feel the same sense of awe and tranquility. It’s truly an incredible place
Welcome to our charming and beautiful private condo where you can relax while being surrounded by nature and fun. An excellent “Basecamp” location to stay while visiting Utah’s “Mighty 5” National Parks of Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capital Reef, and Zion National Park for summer and winter activities for the avid outdoor enthusiast. Perhaps you love skiing and snowboarding, then you have arrived at the perfect location and we hope you love Brian Head and Southern Utah as much as we do.
