When you enter this charming home away from home, you will be greeted by an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace for wintertime visitors. Curl up by the warmth of the fireplace and get ready for an entertaining and tranquil evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Surprise your loved ones with your culinary skills and prepare exquisite homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which boasts everything you could need, including a built-in double-door oven, a microwave, a stovetop, an air fryer, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. This floor houses an extensive deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, views of the stream that runs through the backyard, a hammock, and a large Connect4 game. The lower level boasts an entertaining game room with a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table, and a pool table. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the lower level and one bedroom on the main level. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, one beach umbrella, two high chairs, baby gates, and a Pack N' Play that can be used as a changing table. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
