This getaway boasts an open living area and four bedrooms for 12 guests to spread out and enjoy their own peace and quiet. Head outside and you will find a beautifully furnished deck overlooking the water of Crescent Lake where you can enjoy an evening cocktail and reminisce with loved ones. Come summer, you can head out to the private pool and wade in refreshing waters or simply lounge in the shade with a good book in hand. With all of the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this oasis, but heading out to explore the town is a great way to spend a day! On foggy mornings, bring a cup of coffee to the sand and simply walk along the coastline as you collect shells and enjoy the sound of the tide. As the day heats up, enjoy a picnic and splash in the waves or head into downtown Rockaway and try out some local cuisine! THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. There is a private pool but the pool room is only available if the pool heat fee is paid. The Pool room is not available at this time due to repairs

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 95 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
