We lived in this home for years and owned a business down the street. We love the energy of the neighborhood and the charm of the house. It helps make great memories.

Property info

A brand new 3rd floor primary suite with open plan, giant 2 person shower, soaking tub, closet and laundry. Toto Bidet toilets in each bathroom. Giant front porch where you can enjoy a chill fire in the Solo Stove bonfire. Backyard BBQ with table and 6 chairs. Remodeled luxury kitchen with 2 islands, Monogram and Subzero appliances. Gas stove, microwave and toaster oven. Enjoy grinding your own beans or Kcup coffee. This home has all the needed amenities to enjoy a work trip, family trip or local graduations.

Neighborhood info

CWE is the finest neighborhood in St Louis. You can walk to all the local dining, art galleries, bars, wine bars and shops in the Central West End. Walk over to Forest Park or Barnes Hospital. We are on a great corner with typically plenty of parking on the court next to the house. We are in the heart of the Central West End!
