Since 1981 Frio Country Resort has been a destination for families, friends, and groups making memories along the beautiful Frio River. For almost forty years, Frio Country has been family owned and operated and has welcomed returning guests for generations to enjoy their adventures along the river or in the surrounding Hill Country area. We are active in the Frio River, Uvalde County and the Concan communities and strive to live out our love for this beautiful corner of Texas in the following ways.

Cypress Villa #4 is nestled in the heart of Concan, overlooking the Frio River. This rock cabin is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Outside, you will find a wooden deck complete with a BBQ pit and picnic table. **HOT TUB REMOVED * Cypress Villa rentals are not located on resort property * Bedroom 1: 2 Full Size Beds Bedroom 2: 2 Full Size Beds Living Room: Futon * Pet Friendly Rental * 2 pet max PARKING: All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras. For your convenience, bed linens will be provided. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We recommend packing additional toiletry items for your stay.
