This small community is only 8 minutes away from downtown Truckee and 10 minutes away from all the ski resorts on Donner Summit (Boreal, Sugarbowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs, Royal Gorge, Kingvale Resort). Our property offers two extensive parking lots free for our guests, Free wifi throughout the resort, Two Saunas, a Ski wax room, a Coin-op Laundry room, and three lounge areas with amazing views of Donner Lake.
