~-~-~ Facilities ~-~-~ - Please know this home is located on a busy street, and in a run down neighborhood. We have never had any issues, and our neighbors are great. - The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate. - Please understand there is another Airbnb on the property and therefore a potential for noise. - This is a duplex home and the OUTDOOR space is shared with another unit, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard. - All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own. ~-~-~ House Rules ~-~-~ - You must be at least 21 to rent. - There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined 250 for violations. ~-~-~ Parking ~-~-~ - There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 3 cars. - Please do not block the driveway for other guests. ~-~-~ Check-In ~-~-~ - Check-in is strictly after 4PM.
