Beautiful sunset views of the mountains. Large hot tub, pool and waterfall. Secluded and private with outdoor privacy walls. Onsite hummingbirds, brand new full-size washer and dryer. Free Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBOMAX, Paramount, Peacock and Roku. Game room in garage with Pool, Air Hockey, Darts and Foosball. Piped-in gas grill and indoor fireplace. Large king-size bed suites with attached full baths. Dog-run attached to 1 suite and garage. Quiet neighborhood, 10 miles/minutes direct shot to the airport, 30 minutes to Coachella, 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Direct access to owner as needed via phone, email or text.
