*NEWLY REMODELED* Dolphin Harbor is located on Ole River in Orange Beach, AL Enjoy the breathtaking view of Ole River from this 3 bedroom-3 bath unit on the 3rd floor. The Primary Suite features a King bed, access to patio, beautiful water views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and a flat screen TV. The primary bath has double vanities, Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV as well as an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed along with twin bunks, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom with walk-in shower. The large open living area features a wet-bar with an ice-maker. This property has an outdoor pool. There is free Wi-Fi. Dolphin Harbor features a gated entrance, grilling area, tennis courts and deeded beach access across the street. The walk over to the beach is Dolphin Key; however, guests cannot park at that location. There is a beautiful boardwalk down to the beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area (daily fines are levied for violations). The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash). Pets are not allowed. Violations incur daily fines. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL Minimum age requirement to rent: 25 years or older.
