My rental property is a newly remodeled condo with contemporary style. Condo is entirely on second floor. Condo community is patrolled by security. This private room has its own TV, mini-fridge and large closet for storage. Door has a keyed lock for privacy and safe storage of your items.
Hello! My name is Edgar. I am the owner of this rental property and I live onsite in the main bedroom. I work most of the day from early morning and come home late. Usually not home in my free time! I own a cat that also lives onsite, his name is Don. He is very timid so he hides for most of the day/night.
Neighborhood is patrolled by security. Located close to Freeways 101, 87, and 85 that connect to 280, 680 and 880. Oakridge mall close by for all your shopping needs. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in area. Community park close by on Coy Ave. Public transit is walking distance as well.
