Netflix, amazon prime and a digital antenna are provided. The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location. Please note the second bedroom is extra for the unit. The price and cleaning fee are based on use of one bedroom per night. It will be locked off for bookings with 2 guests. The second bedroom is included after 2 guests as you pay 10.00 extra per night after 2. If you have 2 people staying and need the extra room there will be a 10.00 extra fee per night. Please put in at least 3 guests to make sure it’s included. Parking is free for one car unless you book for over 2 guests. Owner lives on premise please be courteous. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis. Parking: There is 1 designated spot, if you have another car there will be an additional fee for it.
