Hi! We’re Jeri and Julia — two middle-aged moms who genuinely love creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for guests. We’ve worked together in hospitality and property management for over 3 years and host both our own personal properties as well as homes for other owners throughout Omaha. Together, we’ve welcomed hundreds of guests and are proud of the consistent 5-star experiences and reviews we’ve built along the way. We both love to travel ourselves, although we joke that we tend to be workaholics at heart. Because of that, we understand how important it is to have a clean, comfortable, peaceful place to land at the end of a long day — whether you’re traveling for work, family, relocation, medical stays, or simply passing through. As mothers, we naturally extend the same level of care, communication, and thoughtfulness to our guests that we would want for our own families. We believe hosting is about more than just providing a place to stay — it’s about helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and at home while they’re away from home. Unlike a traditional large vacation rental where everyone shares the same kitchen and living areas, this setup gives your group the best of both worlds: the ability to stay together in one convenient location while still enjoying privacy, quiet, and personal space at the end of the day. It’s the ideal “together but separate” experience. Our property features a collection of cozy studio and 1-bedroom apartments located within the same apartment community. Each unit includes its own private entrance, bathroom, sleeping space, kitchen or kitchenette, and comfortable living area, allowing guests to spread out while still remaining close to one another. Need fewer units? No problem. Need additional units? We can often accommodate that too. Units can be added or removed based on the size and needs of your group, making this a flexible
