I’ve owned this home for 28 years and have recently invested significant time and care into updates to make it even more comfortable and inviting. The house is a relaxing place to unwind after a day of adventure, whether you’ve been hiking, exploring downtown Durango, riding the Silverton Train, or enjoying the many nearby outdoor activities. With plenty to do in the area and a cozy, well-maintained home to return to, this is a perfect base for making lasting family memories.
