In the heart of Old Town, convenient to everything, this condo is set above a brick and tree lined courtyard that includes shops and restaurants. This three bedroom two bath unit is in one of two standalone WALK-UP buildings in the Duval Square complex. You enter a large open living, dining, kitchen area with French doors and balcony overlooking the courtyard below. The main bedroom with ensuite bath has a king bed and access to a second deck area overlooking the courtyard. There is a shared pool and sunning area that overlooks the world famous Duval Street just across the courtyard. This condo offers central air conditioning/heat and one reserved parking space in the gated garage. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY. Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, single rollaway and sleeper chair. Sleeps 6 and up to 8 with extra person(s) charge(s). HOUSE RULES The following rules are a condition of this rental: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. * OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. * QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior.
