As a new addition, the underneath area has been enclosed. The private outdoor living space is equipped with chef grill ana d crab boiler, smart TV, outdoor shower, and a HOT TUB! Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
