This NON-SMOKING Peaceful, serenity, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, game room, 3 showers, 1 jacuzzi tub, a brand new hot tub seats up to 7 people, 85.00 additional for amenities include: huge indoor heated pool in community with arcade, mini golf, gym, tennis, basketball, River rapids bring your own tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, beautiful wildlife. Wifi, ample parking, fire places indoor & out, fully stocked spices, kitchen use with pots, pans, new dish-ware, everything you need just pack your clothes, and leave the rest to us ! This is a non-smoking & no pets aloud at our property and smoking violations will start at 500.00 and up, depending on damage, pictures/videos/ violations/ashes/evidence of any amount.
Hello everyone. We are so excited to share with you our new cabin in beautiful Coosawattee River Resort. We are from Florida and enjoy the outdoors, cooking, spending time with our wonderful family of 3 boys and a Weimaraner named Sparky. We have been ATV riding our whole lives and chose this wonderful community for the incredible wildlife, the use of recreational vehicles & the tranquility. There is so much to do here for singles, couples, romantic getaways, to family vacations, it's unreal. There are 2 outdoor seasonal pools, tennis & basketball courts, 1 x indoor heated pool all year round, a game room & gym at the club house & mini golf all included. We are always available and on call for emergencies 24/7. We are a very friendly family and can't wait to have you share our home with us.
