With 68 feet of private waterfront, dock access (Memorial Day–season end), 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a canoe, it’s perfect for a peaceful getaway on an uncrowded lake. Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms: main-floor queen and spacious loft with two queens and half bath. Full bath downstairs (shower only). Open-concept living, kitchen, and dining with lake views, Smart TVs, electric fireplace, ceiling fans, and window AC. Deck, gas grill, and fire pit (wood not provided). Two dogs welcome (crate provided). Parking for 2 cars. Starter toiletries, linens, and towels included (no beach towels). No dishwasher or washer/dryer. No lifeguard—swim at your own risk. Maine fishing license required. 25+ to rent. No smoking/vaping (250 USD fee).
