Property info

East Winds is a 3,000 sq ft home with an additional 1,200 sq ft of decks. Well equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker. Additional amenities include ceramic tile floors, 4 flat screen cable TV's, DVD, picnic table, washer/dryer. Two bedrooms with king sized beds and private baths. Foosball table and games in the kid’s playroom. Pet friendly, No smoking. Linens are included. Enjoy the incredible Gulf beach accessed via the convenient community beach boardwalk, swim in the community Gulf side pool or play tennis at the community tennis court. DeSoto Landing and Town of Dauphin Island Good Neighbor rules apply. No boat trailers or RVs are allowed in DeSoto Landing, all reservations require a 7-night minimum. See photo for a full list of DeSoto Landing POA Rules and Regulations or contact Boardwalk Realty for a pdf version. East Winds has a maximum occupancy of 10 adults. Max number of cars allowed in driveway is 5. East Winds does participate in the Snowbird Monthly Rental Program, call our office for pricing and details. Rentals are by Calendar month, participating months are October through March.
