When you step inside, you will immediately feel welcome and at peace with calming green tones throughout, tall ceilings, and a wonderfully open great room complete with plush furnishings, a TV, and a gas fireplace to cozy up beside on chill winter nights. There is no better way to end a perfect day than a warm home-cooked meal, so hop into the full kitchen and take advantage of the stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and high-end cookware to whip up any recipe with ease. When the stars come out everyone can gather for game nights at the dining table or retreat to each bedroom and get a bit of peace and quiet. There's no shortage of entertainment right here on the property. Explore Echota Resort's 25-acre riverside park hiking trails or splash year-round at the enormous indoor pool and hot tub beneath a vaulted ceiling with skylights. Head outside to the mountain view pool with a rock waterfall feature in the summer. Get active on the bocce/croquet court or one of the fitness centers and then relax at one of the TV lounges or relax on one of the patios with a book from a library. Gamers can head to the on-site arcade or shoot some pool. If you choose to venture farther out, you'll be a short drive away from ski resorts and Grandfather Mountain State Park.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
