Outdoor enthusiasts will love being surrounded by both paved and nature trails for biking and hiking, while the nearby slopes are perfect for wintertime skiing. This third-floor retreat boasts a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies), a smart TV equipped with a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a main-level bathroom with a new (September 2025) walk-in shower, while the upstairs loft is all about privacy with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom. High-speed WiFi is perfect for remote work or online school. Things to Know Golf is available to the public at the Elkhorn Golf Club after 1:30 PM, and at the Sun Valley Club all day, weather permitting, tee times recommend Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests in this unit do not have access to the Elkhorn pools and Elkhorn racket sports facilities

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
