Well located in the Northgate district of Seattle. Best Motel is located 10 miles from Lumens field and T-Mobile Park, 8 miles from Pike Place Market, 6 miles from University of Washington, 3.5 miles from Greenlake Park, and 7 miles from the Space Needle. The rooms all come with air conditioner, single cup coffee maker, Microwave and Refrigerator, Free Wifi, High Definition Cable TV with HBO. All of the rooms are Nonsmoking rooms.

At the motel all rooms are equipped with a desk and a flat scree TV.

Speaking Spanish and Korean at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day.

The property is a fully gated motel and only the customers are allowed at the property.

Museum of Flight is 15 miles from Best Motel, while Seattle Asian Art Museum is 12 miles. The Seatac Airport is approximately 20 miles and Seattle Lake Union Seaplane base Airport is 6.8 miles.
