The furnished balcony affords amazing views of Emerald Mountain, the Yampa Valley, and the historic Arnold Barn, so your morning coffee will be extra pleasant from this vantage point, and you won’t want to miss the vibrant western sunsets. The open kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinets, and updated white appliances, perfect for whipping up any meal. A spacious loft, accessible by ladder-like stairs with supportive handrails, features a queen bed, dresser, and more views. Guests can soak in one of the two outdoor hot tubs, dip in the heated year-round pool, barbecue on one of two community gas grills, or dine outside on a picnic table in the renovated pool area as the Wildhorse Gondola passes overhead.
