During the cooler months, excellent skiing opportunities surround you, and no matter the season, the neighboring city of Deadwood is a memorable place to visit for its Wild West history, numerous museums, and gambling opportunities. When you're ready to relax, head inside the wood-lined interior of your stay where you'll be pleased to discover spacious living quarters and updated amenities. The cozy living room features ample seating, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef, and when it's time to eat you can gather around the wooden dining table, or at the quaint breakfast bar. The home's vintage charm can be seen in both of the bedrooms, adorned with warm quilts and partial air-conditioning. When additional sleeping quarters are needed, the loft space features two queen-sized air mattresses. A private washer/dryer, internet access, and streaming abilities round out the home's perks. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The stairs are steep and it gets hot this time of year. There is a new egress window, if the windows are opened in the afternoon with the available fan the loft can be cooled down for comfortable sleeping.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
