Esperanza Suite is a bi-level suite with a very spacious upstairs king bedroom with a writing desk and chair and a colorful Caribbean bedspread. The upstairs large tiled walk-in shower makes this upstairs private bath very luxurious. Downstairs is the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The second full bath downstairs has a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and opens onto your private deck. As well as a full size washer and dryer! Outdoor table and chairs overlooking the gardens is perfect for a romantic evening conversation. Enjoy a margarita while listening to songbirds in the courtyard, or work on your tan at the pool in the lushly landscaped courtyard right outside your door! Note: Parking in Key West is very limited. This property has no assigned parking and is street parking only. You are responsible for finding parking for your vehicle. This is a monthly rental and only rents from the first of the month to the end of the month. We cannot split months. HOUSE RULES The following rules are a condition of this rental: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. * OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. * QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior.
