The house is located in a private neighborhood called Whippoorwill Circle. It's excellent for families and friends looking to have a wonderful time and relax. It's steps away from a private dock leading to Waquoit Bay, Mashpee town beach, and South Cape beach. The warm water is great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, kite surfing, etc. Near the Popponesset Marketplace and Mashpee Commons, places full of restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes, stores, and entertainment: bowling, movies, golf, etc.
I am a Peruvian, Spanish teacher, and mom raising two wonderful kids. I love to travel and enjoy walking and reading on the beach. Dancing Marinera, the most elegant and traditional dance in Perú, is my real passion. As a world champion of this dance, I have the opportunity to meet new people, share my culture, and see new places around the world. Our beach home on South Cape is a paradise and we would like to share it with any family oriented people who appreciate the nature, ocean, and the richness Wampanoag culture around.
Unique location in the private neighborhood in Upper Cape, close to the South Cape Village Beach State Park in Mashpee. Friendly environment and great neighbors.
