The Fasching Haus is only two blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This two-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe townhouse features a sunny living area that opens to the kitchen and dining area. This spacious condominium has many upgrades, including hardwood floors in the living area, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, a washer/dryer, and a small balcony. There are wall-mounted A/C units in the living room and in all bedrooms, and each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: King bed Guest Bedroom #1: Two Twin beds, convertible to a King bed. Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room.
