The fabulous floor plan offers three bedrooms on the main level. There's also a bonus bedroom on the ground level with direct access to the screened patio, where you can enjoy a game of Ping-Pong. Tasteful decor extends throughout and will have you enjoying your time indoors just as much as the outdoors. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a layout that opens up to the dining/living area, so you can laugh about your day at the beach as the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 152 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
