Newly renovated 2 room studio. One room has a full size bed, tv and living area; the other room contains a full kitchen and bath all tucked above the carriage house of our 1850 colonial revival home. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Auburn and Lewiston, minutes from Bates College and Central Maine Healthcare. 30 - 40 minute drive to mountains, beaches, Portland or Augusta. Separate private entrance and parking.
Hello! I love quilting, cooking, reading, traveling and all sorts of music - current play list is a bit of jazz, a bit of pop, and a little alt-country. An early riser who enjoys greeting the day aided by a steaming cup of coffee, followed by walkies with my Bernese mountain dog Princess Persephone. My name is Sharon and my husband is Hal.
