While you may feel secluded up in the mountains here, Durango's dining and entertainment is only a few miles away. Purgatory's ski slopes are an easy day trip, so this cabin makes a great home base for winter sports. The trailhead for the Colorado Trail is just a mile away, so pack your hiking boots. Natural light floods the beautifully furnished living room, and a full kitchen sets the scene for meals in. The dining table seats six, and four more can sit at the breakfast bar. Up to six guests can stay in this beautifully outfitted cabin, and four can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms.
