Important Property Notes • Hidden Pond's water source is a low-yield, private well. While this often provides the best drinking water, guests should conserve water during their stay by limiting the length of showers and staggering shower, laundry, and dishwasher use. • Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. • Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. Please note we require an e-signed Vacation Rental Agreement from guests to finalize any reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
