""" Please note guests must descend 5 sets of stairs from the parking area to the front door *** This condo is on a high mountain pass overlooking Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Yet it is within the Gatlinburg city limits and downtown is just a quick 7 minute drive. The neighborhood is very peaceful with a few homes around the condo but spaced well apart for lots of privacy. There is lots of parking and the easy access into our 2 bedroom condo on the bottom floor. . The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The living area has a large stone fireplace with a 50” LED TV above it with access to free Netflix and free cable. A very comfortable sofa and loveseat make up the living area with sliding glass door leading out to the deck. The kitchen is super convenient with stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. All your cook ware and utensils are provided. We also provide a full service set for 6 people, lots of kitchen accessories, along with a coffeemaker, blender and toaster. In between the kitchen and living area is a dining area with seating for 5. All the floors here are new hardwood laminate and brand new carpet in the bedrooms. Outside the front door is a small portico, with a seating area and a propane grill for grilling juicy steaks.
