We feel in love with the Gatlinburg area and decided to open up our vacation home for others to enjoy the area. There is so much to do just minutes from the Condo. The National Park is a short drive away, hiking, biking, entertainment and restaurants are very convenient from Higher Altitude.

Property info

Higher Altitude is Located only about 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Our condo is located on the Mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. The drive is only 10-15 minutes to downtown or 5 minutes to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. The condo offers beautiful Mountain views. The complex has a 24 hour hot tub and seasonal pool. There is also a Sauna for your use. The Grounds are well kept with Picnic areas all around that have either charcoal grills or gas grills.

Neighborhood info

High Chalet Condo Complex is located near the top of the Mountain overlooking Gatlinburg and the National Park. There is lots of wildlife including, Turkey, Fox, Bear and Deer to name a few. The Mountain views from High Chalet are breathtaking and beautiful.
