Welcome to the mountain paradise of your dreams, nestled onto a quiet central Frisco street within walking distance of all Main Street’s shops and eateries. Spend winter days hitting the slopes at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, or Breckenridge, all under 20 miles from home, and summer days enjoying hiking, mountain biking, golf, kayaking, boating, or paddle boarding on Dillon Reservoir, just over a mile away. At home, there are spectacular mountain views of Mt. Royal and Mt. Baldy from the deck and nearly every room. Inside, you’ll find vaulted, 22-foot ceilings, gigantic picture windows, cozy, comfortable furnishings, and an open layout perfect for entertaining or gathering together. The radiant floor heating will help to keep you warm. Watch the sunrise from the sunroom, then prepare a hearty meal to get ready for a day of skiing in the full, well-equipped kitchen featuring a full suite of appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Grab a bite at the large dining table, pop the dishes in the dishwasher, and head out to explore. 
 When you return, you’ll find lots of entertainment options right at home. Two living rooms offer lots of room to spread out, and four TVs mean everyone can find something to watch. Challenge each other to a friendly game of pool, air hockey, or darts; fire up the Golden Tee arcade game; or break out a board game for family fun. The dedicated office with two computer monitors and free WiFi will please anyone with remote work on their plate - though it may be hard to get anything done with that spectacular mountain view. End the evening with an easy cookout on the gas grill, then relax in the great room with a toast to your great luck at booking such a gorgeous mountain escape. THINGS TO KNOW

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
