Within easy reach of scenic trails and great beaches, this two-bedroom home offers the perfect escape from the everyday. After a day at the coast, be sure to soak up the local flavor in the historic Mendocino Village under two miles away with shops, galleries, dining, and entertainment galore. Designed with comfort in mind, the home comes thoughtfully furnished inside and out to welcome gatherings with friends or family. Nestled against majestic redwoods, the spacious, fully enclosed backyard comes complete with private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating for everything from alfresco meals to post-hike soaks. There's even an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sand after trips to the beach. The spacious kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking and there's seating for all at the dining table set for six. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. A central fireplace adds cozy comfort for chilly weather. THINGS TO KNOW There is a long-term renter in the cottage behind the garage. The rental is behind a fence to ensure privacy. The reserved parking spot belongs to the LTR. The cottage is rented to one person and a dog. Streaming services are available on the smart TV using your own accounts.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
