This gulf-front complex includes a boardwalk that leads directly to the beach, an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, a grilling area, a kids' play structure, and a well-appointed game room with Ping-Pong, air hockey, and foosball. At the end of each day, this second-floor condo will welcome you back from your activities with central air conditioning and a private, shaded balcony with a view of the dunes. The interior features every essential, from a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a two-person breakfast bar to a living room with a large flatscreen TV offering both cable and streaming capability. Additional amenities include a dining space for six and two bedrooms - each with its own TV and en suite bathroom. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
