Friends and family will be wowed when you gather at this spacious and ultra comfortable home. There’s a beautiful new gunite pool, large patio, elevated screened in porch, and spacious deck for barbecuing and dining. Interiors feature two fireplaces, two living spaces with large TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, game room, exercise area, piano, home office, and lots of space to spread out both inside and outside. All of it looking out to the Hudson River where you may spy bald eagles nesting nearby.
We are conveniently located in the leafy hamlet of Balmville, minutes from downtown Newburgh, and just over the bridge from the Beacon train station. 90 mins by train, or about a one-hour drive from NYC. The house is within minutes of the best the Hudson Valley has to offer, including Storm King (15min), Dia Beacon (15min), great hiking trails, local farms and distilleries, Woodbury Commons (25min), Mohonk Preserve (30min) and more.
