Though there are many ways to use each vacation day, you may find it difficult to leave home base with so much fun to be had inside. The main floor of this abode will greet you with open arms the moment you step inside. Take your pick of curbing appetites in the full kitchen, gathering in the living room to reminisce and stream favorite shows, or grab a book and read as snow falls quietly outside. This level also has a laundry room for your convenience. Four mini-split air-conditioning units provide all-season comfort throughout the home. The basement has been converted into a game room, and home gym, covering all the bases for all ages. Plus, you can step out to the patio area and soak in the private hot tub as the sun goes down to slip into relaxation mode. With memories just waiting to be made, what are you waiting for? Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The woodstove is not operational. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is Juniper Grove, the main house. The in-law apartment above the garage, Evergreen Terrace is also a rental. Both Juniper Grove and Evergreen Terrace may be rented together as RiverHouse or rented individually.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
