K-Tee’s Cottage is a five-bedroom mountain retreat tucked within the gated community of Big Canoe, Georgia, offering a comfortable and elevated escape for up to ten guests. Four of the five bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms, making it an ideal setup for families, couples traveling together, or group getaways. The main-level king suite serves as a spacious private retreat with a soaking tub, walk-in tile shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The lower level is designed for memorable time together, with a multiplayer arcade, indoor putting green, dart board, record player, and a cozy entertainment space anchored by a gas fireplace. A dry bar, Keurig refreshment station, and mini fridge make it easy to settle in for long evenings without leaving the fun. Outside, the screened-in entry deck overlooks the Big Canoe golf course and offers outdoor dining for six, lounge seating, and a gas grill for relaxed mountain evenings. The lower deck features a private six-person hot tub and shaded outdoor dining for four. Located within a private gated community approximately one hour north of Atlanta, K-Tee’s Cottage provides easy access to golf, hiking, lakes, and the best of North Georgia mountain living.
