Martha’s Vineyard is an island rich in history that provides unexpected treasures at every turn. This unique property boasts a main house and guest house both equipped with full kitchens and plenty of space for a joint family trip. The decks around each home provide a space to quietly take in the front garden from a rocking chair or socialize around the backyard for whiffle ball, corn hole, frisbee or Jenga. The sand fire pit and grilling area are also popular with guests. You will never struggle with parking at this private location and bike rentals are close by in Edgartown for your convenience.
Katama is a beautiful beach community adjacent to the bustling shops and restaurants of Edgartown. The property is located off of the Right Fork close to the Katama General Store, Bi-Plane Airport Diner, South Beach, Bike Trail and downtown Edgartown.
