Kauai Kailani - Renovated condo in peaceful complex located on Kauai's east side, coconut coast. Waterfront property, top-floor with vaulted ceilings and cool A/C in both rooms. Great for honeymooners or couples seeking a restful retreat. Walking distance to bike rentals and Kapaa bike path. Fully equipped kitchen with grocery and health food stores across the street. Beach gear for two. NO hidden resort or parking fees. This is a third floor unit, stair access only. No smoking is allowed in building or on lanai. Complex has a small designated smoking area. No pets are allowed.

We love being with one another, sailing, coffee and Kauai! We feel so blessed to have a wonderful condo on the Coconut coast - to share with others. It's one of our favorite places in the world! Currently we are also are living on the north side of Kapaa - in Kauai. Such a blessing to live and work here on island. We enjoy coffee in the mornings, the warm waters for a quick swim and the beautiful bike path for walks close to home. Oh... and we do work too, I'm a business owner and designer (www.wendyanne.com) and my husband is a local pastor, writer and professor of Anthropology.
