After a fun-filled day in the mountains, this is the ideal spot to gather with your family, watch a movie, play board games, or simply relax. Or step outside and into the seasonal pool or year-round hot tub. You'll soon realize this modern condo is all about luxury and comfort, featuring brand new everything after a gut remodel. Right behind the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. It also boasts modern, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, Wolf range and hood, and coffee and espresso makers. There is a dry bar as you exit the kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
