This offering features tall ceilings with oversized windows offering lots of natural light, living room, SMART TV, full kitchen, queen bed, 1 dog ok, a/c, designer touches, & sleeps 2. *PLEASE NOTE there is no washer/dryer & no onsite parking (parking lot is across the street). *ALSO NOTE loft ceiling is low, use caution when standing up* THE SPACE This is a quiet, private unit located in the rear above garage.  The main level entry door is on the ground level, with stairs will lead you to the 2nd level main living area…a light & bright space filled with tons of natural light through the oversized patio glass doors.  This area features a plush sofa, SMART TV, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, accent chair, views out towards Downtown.   A set of stairs will lead you to the upper level open bedroom loft (*no door off this area), with views down to the living room & patio and queen bed.  Rounding out the home is a full bath (tub/shower combo). PARKING There is no parking onsite (*PLEASE NOTE the blue garage door shown in the photo is not connected to the unit).  However, across the street is a paid parking lot & overnight street parking is permitted.
