An architectural marvel situated in the heart of the mountains with stunning lake views that will amaze and enchant. This home was styled from floor to ceiling with our guests' comfort in mind. THE SPACE There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is a visually private loft with spectacular views of the lake. This bedroom has a very comfortable queen pull out couch. There is also the same couch/pullout in the living room. I am the owner and designer of Koda House. I remodeled this home myself from the ground up and put a lot of love and effort into this project. I am a full-time resident in the mountains. I am very much enjoying this latest chapter in my life as I spend it in service to others while also working full-time doing home renovations and remodels in the area. Koda House is my signature home / remodel showcasing the utmost care and detail in its design. Set in the upper part of the north side of the lake this home has a truly "birdseye" view. The area is serene and peaceful but centrally located just minutes away from everything.
