Beautiful executive home located on 36 Acres. Serine and peaceful perfect for a relaxing get away or work from home environment. There are many hiking and biking trails as well as wonderful restaurants and events in the area. Fruita is only 10 minutes away with access to the Colorado National Monument, Museums, farmers markets etc... Come enjoy this beautiful area and explore all that it has to offer.
I am an "empty nester" who enjoys meeting new people. I love hosting and providing people with an enjoyable experience. I am dog friendly and can accomodate small or larger groups with the potential for multiple rooms. Serine and beautiful! Access to many trails for biking, hiking and exploring all the beauty that this part of Colorado has to offer. You can see wild horses, big horn sheep, foxes natural arches and monuments etc on many of the trails. There are all sorts of restaurants and cofee shops close by as well as museums and visitor centers. This is a great location for remote workers or persons who wish to explore this beautiful country. There is also a water park for wakeboarding or waterskiing close by. Bring your hiking shoes and mountain bike.
