Wake up every day to sunrises, surfers, and the fantastic sound of crashing waves! This top floor unit is one of the three units in a triplex. It sits across the street from the beach and boasts a private entrance and deck within walking distance to the heart of Folly Beach. Bedroom 1: KING: Ceiling Fan, Private Full Bath Bedroom 2: QUEEN. Ceiling Fan Living: Queen Sofa Bed: Flat Screen TV , Ceiling Fan During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s throughout the house, AC/Heating, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking Pets considered, prior approval required from our office. 60 lbs, 2 dog max no puppies. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
